GO BEARS

Football season has begun. So of course the boys had to route our Chicago team! The boys looked so adorable "sporting" their BEARS gear today!

Our Little Cookie Monster

Baby Gavin has a new BFF!! We figured Carter loves Elmo so perhaps baby G would like the big blue furry monster. He of course did. He loves to pull on his fur and grab a hold of his eyeballs!

Family Vacation: Kahalari Resort in Wisconsin Dells

Welcome to Kahalari Resort! Carter and Gavin were greated by a baby tiger. Carter also got to pet a baby kangroo who was sleeping in a backpack. Kahalari Resort is an African themed indoor waterpark where we went with my parents, Aunt Rene, Kendra and her boyfriend Tony. Everyone really had a nice time. Carter absolutely was fearless of all the waterslides and had so much fun. Me and my mom were definitely the "chickens" of the group and elected to only slide down the kiddie slides! We will definitely go back! Hopefully next year~
Kendra took a very happy baby G for a walk in the Bjourn. He loved being in it so he could see everything going on!

Papa and Baby G just chillin in the water

Darrell a bit "tipsy" at dinner and me a lot tired! But we had fun! Especially in the parking lot when good old Aunt Rene took care of Gavin's poopy diaper!

The "kid-less" couple~ Enjoy your freedom while it last! Haha~ Ken and Tony at dinner tried getting my mom to try sushi, but that did NOT happen~

Carter clapping as the Japanese chef cooks dinner in front of us. Carter loved watching the flames and all the food being prepared. He even tried to catch a piece of shrimp in his mouth. Both he and papa did not catch the shrimp that the chef tried throwing in their mouths, but Aunt Rene did!

Noonie teaching Carter how to gamble. Good thing about Carter is that you don't even have to put money in. He just loves pressing all the buttons!

Noonie spending some "quiet" time with a very tired baby Gavin.
Dad and his girls enjoying some Japanese food at Ginzo's. We had just introduced dad to sake bombers & chopsticks a few minutes before. HA!

The Kahalari Waterpark. Carter absolutely LOVED all the slides. He even went down a few slides that he wasn't technically tall enough to go down. I guess that is the perk of going during the "off season" the place is not too busy and the staff let the rules "slide" a bit.

Me, Ken & TP in the wave pool
Just a random shot of the Kahalari Lobby.

Gavin just loved swinging and dipping his little toes in the water!

Tony, Carter (not too visible in the photo) and Kendra going down a slide!
The boys posing for a picture with Papa & Noonie. Papa & Noonie were a BIG help to mommy and daddy on our vacation.

Our family. Darrell and I swinging the boys in coconut swings in the pool area

Gavin taking a break from the water. He was really into grabbing mommy's water bottle!

Carter, Darrell and I swimming in the wave pool

Carter having fun in the PIT

Carter looks a bit unsure about this at first. Mommy is coaching him to hold on and start to swing..........

And ta-da! Yep, he loved it. AND did NOT want to get out!

Carty got invited to a gymnastics party a couple of weekends ago and really like the jumping in the foam pit!

Gavin: 4 months

Our little "brother Goose" turned 4 months old on Sunday. Hard to believe he is already 4 months........He is such a great baby that LOVES to suck on his fingers, eat his blankie, smile, giggle and watch big brother Carter play! Love you G! Mommy
